Julie Vice Hagel is a role model that many of us at the Kelley-Ross Foundation attempt to emulate every day. She was an amazing pharmacist, mentor, wife, and mother in her time at Kelley-Ross and throughout her life. Julie was taken from us far too soon, and with this scholarship we honor the legacy she left professionally and throughout the community.

The Julie Vice Hagel Memorial Scholarship is available for students enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree program with a goal of community pharmacy practice. Preference is given to Doctor of Pharmacy students at Drake University, the University of Washington, and Washington State University, though applications are welcome from students at all schools in the United States.
